Day 1
DAY 1. U.S. Departure (Meal in Flight)
Depart USA and cross the international dateline.
Day 2
DAY 2. Arrive in Sapporo, Hokkaido

Arrive at Sapporo New Chitose Airport, guests will be picked up at the airport and be transferred to the hotel with the help of a tour guide. (Guests who arrive early/late can check-in on own after 3 pm with the passport) Today’s schedule has no meals included.

Day 3
DAY 3. Sapporo-Biei-Sounkyo (Breakfast & Lunch & Dinner)
Start your day with a colorful Hokkaido tour after breakfast. Drive to Furano and visit Hokkaido's largest farm, Tomita Farm, with more than 150 kinds of flowers (replaced with Ikeda Wine Castle or Otokoyama Sake brewery from January to April, November and December). There is also beautiful lavender during summer.
Afterwards, head to Biei-cho, where you can experience the beauty of beautiful hills! Taste the Furano buffet and enjoy the fantastic scenery of the beautiful hills during lunch!
Visit the colorful “Shikisai no oka” and walk through the “Blue Pond” to explore the breathtaking scenery of the lake. (replaced with Aeon Mall from January to April, November and December).
In the evening, we arrive at Sounkyo Gorge, the center of Daisetsuzan in Hokkaido. For dinner, enjoy a buffet dinner with a wide selection of Japanese Cuisine, Chinese Cuisine, Seafood, & Local Fresh Ingredients, and etc. Don’t miss out on the all- you-can-eat delicious Chu crab.

Day 4
DAY 4. Sounkyo-Abashiri-Gun-Akankohan (Breakfast & Lunch & Dinner)

After breakfast, visit the Sounkyo Valley, watch the Ginga Falls, Ryusei-no-taki, and the beautiful Dakan Valley in Sounkyo gorges. Visit Abashiri on the way to Okhotsk Ryu-hyo Museum, where you can experience an icy world and learn about the icy sea creature - "Clione limacina". Later, visit a crystal clear “Lake Kussharo". Then, check out the clearest lake in the world - Lake Mashu. Tonight, we stay at Akanko Onsen Hotel. Here, there are rich seasonal ingredients, full-open buffets, and exquisite Japanese-style room service, allowing you to enjoy the cuisine of Tohoku.

Day 5
​DAY 5. Akankohan-Tokachi-Gawa (Breakfast & Lunch & Dinner)

After breakfast, enjoy a cruise on Lake Akan. (replaced with Ice Fishing or Ainu folk dance from January to April, November and December) Visit the hometown of Chlorella and enjoy the beautiful scenery in every season. Afterwards, visit the “Kushiro City Red-crowned Crane Natural Park”. Then, go to Tokachi River for tonight’s hot spring hotel. This evening, taste exquisite Japanese cuisine made from Hokkaido beef and seasonal vegetables grown from farms.

Day 6
DAY 6. Tokachi-Gawa-Toyako-Jozankei (Breakfast & Lunch & Dinner)

After breakfast, visit Jigokudani, also known as the Hell Valley. It offers a spectacular display of hot steam vents, sulfurous streams, and other volcanic activity. Enjoy Japanese Seafood Hotpot or Bento Box before going to the Bear Park to see the Ussuri Brown Bears. Afterward, take the Usuzan ropeway where you can have the panoramic view of Lake Toya. Later on, proceed to Jozankei Onsen for overnight. Enjoy Hokkaido local cuisine for dinner tonight.

Day 7
DAY 7. Jozankei-Otaru-Leave Sapporo/Osaka KIX (Breakfasst)

Coach to Otaru this morning after breakfast. The romantic Otaru Canal is sitting in the city. Later, visit Kitaichi Glass Otaru, where you can appreciate many beautiful glass arts. Afterward, transfer to the airport around 11:30 am to take a flight to Osaka, Japan. Upon your arrival, we will have a guide onsite to assist you to take a free hotel shuttle to the hotel. Travelers who arrive at the other times can take the free shuttle bus on own to the hotel as well. The hotel check-in is available after 3pm with your passport. Hotel check-in starts after 3pm with passports.

Day 8
DAY 8. Osaka-Kyoto (Breakfast & Lunch)

In the morning, visit Osaka's landmark - Osaka Castle, and then visit the Osaka Fish Market-Kuromon Market. Enjoy a variety of fishery cuisine and sushi. Visit Nara Park and Todai-ji Temple to see the deer and traditional temple. In the afternoon, proceed to Kyoto to visit the World Cultural Heritage site, Kiyomizu-dera Temple, and stroll along the Ninenzaka and Sannezaka. Tonight, return to the hotel within the designated time by the tour guide. Dinner on your own arrangement.

Day 9
DAY 9. Kyoto (Breakfast & Lunch )

After breakfast, head to Arashiyama Bamboo Forest and TogetuKyo Bridge. After, visit the famous attraction, Golden Pavilion, and then visit a traditional brewery to taste and learn the brewing process of sake. Then, visit Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine. Fushimi Inari Shrine is a shrine on the south side of Kyoto. It serves the god of agriculture. Free leisure time afterwards. Dinner is on your own arrangement

Day 10
DAY 10. Kyoto-Hakone-Tokyo (Breakfast & Lunch & Dinner)

​After breakfast, accompanied by a guide, take the Shinkansen (high-speed train) to Hakone (Baggage carried on own). After arriving in Hakone, take the bus to Okuno-Kakkai and take a boat to see the beauty of Lake Ashi. Lake Ashi is a great place to see the views of Mount Fuji. Afterwards, head to Kamakura to visit the famous World Cultural Heritage Site - Kamakura Big Buddha, the creation of Song Dynasty style, which was popular during the Kamakura Period. The Buddha statue is valued as the national treasure of Japan! Then, visit the popular spots on Michelin Tourist Guide - Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine and “Hase-dera". After dinner, transfer back to the hotel in Tokyo.

Day 11
DAY11. Tokyo (Breakfast & Lunch)

​Visit Imperial Palace, the home of the Emperor of Japan. Then, proceed to Meiji Jingu Shrine, a shrine dedicated to Emperor Meiji and the Emperor Shozo Empress of Japan. This temple has the largest archway in front of Shrine Bridge in Japan. View the tallest standing tower in the world – Tokyo Skytree from afar. Later, visit Senso-ji to admire the ancient Buddhist temple, which is the oldest temple in Tokyo. Later, enjoy barbecue for lunch and visit Tokyo Tower (Photo-stop) in the afternoon. Then, go to Shibuya for shopping and touring. We will stay in Shibuya no less than 90 minutes. Afterward, return to the hotel.

We have an average group size of 20 and the max is 35. The tour bus each holds 45 seats.
Do we need visa to visit Japan?
Visa is not required for U.S. , Mexican, Canadian citizenships. Check with us for others.
Can 3 guests stay in the same room?
Triple room sharing is subject to hotel’s availability. For in case, if the triple room not available - single supplement may apply for the 3rd person.
How do I connect with my friend and family when I am in Japan?
Internet is conveniently to use in Japan and wifi can be easily found at hotel. The best way is to use communication app like Wechat, Line, or similar.
10.What if I want to stay two more nights in Tokyo?
Extra night stay is available and you can book your own hotel.
How much do I pay to hold the space?
Deposit amount is 50% of full amount for each passenger.
What airlines do you use?
Depending on the gateway city, we use multiple airlines including China Eastern, Japan Airlines, American Airlines, Delta and United Airlines. Each way direct flights, or one way direct flights are available for LAX/JFK and a few other gateways.
What's the cost to upgrade to premium economy or business class?

How long is the flight time?
From western coast it will be about 12 hours flying to Japan and 10 hours flying back on direct flights. Flights with layover/stops have longer hours.

Passport Information
  • Passport copy is required for the booking.
  • We will book your flights, hotel rooms and tour schedule according to the passport information you submit.
  • It's required to renew your passport if it's expiring within 6 months of the return of your trip.
  • Please notify us once your passport renewed, or you may have to pay penalty from airline due to wrong TSA information.

  • Reservation Changes
  • If you want customize your reservation, it is essential you let us know at the time of the booking.
  • Changes to an existing reservation up to the final payment date, whatever the cause will incur a $50 per person charge plus any additional supplier fees, on/after the final payment date, cancellation terms will apply. This includes name changes/removal of any services such as optional tours & transfers etc.
  • Prior to departure date, there is a minimum fee of $50 per guest for any itinerary change or tour deviation made to a reservation after it has been confirmed. No further itinerary change or tour deviation is permitted after tour documents and/or tickets have been re-issued.
  • If your reservation is changed by airlines or hotels, we will notify you as soon as possible.

    If canceled 60 or more days before departure: $300 plus air ticket penalties(If tickets are issued);

    If canceled within 30 days before departure: no refund will be issued. ​
