Day 1
U.S Departure (Meal in Flight)

Depart USA and cross the international dateline.

Day 2
Arrive in Osaka (KIX)

*Make sure to book Kansai International Airport (code: KIX) as your arrival gateway* Welcome to Japan! Upon arrival at Kansai International Airport, transfer to hotel by airport shuttle on your own. The tour representative will greet and help you with the boarding. Please note the check in time in japan is always after 3pm.

Day 3
Osaka (Breakfast)

Free Leisure Day or join One-day Hiroshima Optional tour.
Optional tour: After breakfast, take high speed train to Hiroshima (1.5 hrs). Upon arrival, visit Itsukushima, Atomic Bomb Dome and Hiroshima Peace Memorial. Return to Osaka by high speed train in the evening.

Day 4
Osaka-Kyoto (Breakfast & Lunch)

In the morning, visit Osaka's landmark - Osaka Castle as a photo stop, and then visit the Osaka Fish Market-Kuromon Market. Enjoy a variety of fishery cuisine and sushi. Visit Nara Park and Todai-ji Temple to see the deer and traditional temple. In the afternoon, proceed to Kyoto to visit the World Cultural Heritage site, Kiyomizu-Dera Temple, and stroll along the Ninenzaka and Sannezaka Streets. Tonight, you can return to the hotel with the tour guide at the designated time. Dinner is arranged on own

Day 5
Kyoto (Breakfast & Lunch)

After breakfast, head to Arashiyama Bamboo Forest and the Togetukyo Bridge. After, visit the famous attraction, Golden Pavilion, and then visit traditional brewery to taste and learn the brewing process of sake. Then, visit Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine. Fushimi Inari Shrine is a shrine on the south side of Kyoto. It serves the god of agriculture. Free leisure time afterwards. Dinner is on your own arrangement.

Day 6
Kyoto-Hakone-Tokyo (Breakfast & Lunch & Dinner)

After breakfast, accompanied by a guide, take the Shinkansen (high-speed train) to Hakone (Baggage carried on own). After arriving in Hakone, take the bus to Oshino-Hakkai and visit the park at the base of Mt. Fuji. Continue to Lake Ashi for a cruise on the lake. Lake Ashi is a great place to see the views of Mount Fuji. Afterwards, head to Kamakura to visit the famous World Cultural Heritage Site - Kamakura Big Buddha, the creation of Song Dynasty style, which was popular during the Kamakura Period. The Buddha statue is valued as the national treasure of Japan! Then visit the popular spots on Michelin Tourist Guide - Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine and "HasederaTemple". After dinner, transfer back to the hotel in Tokyo.

Day 7
Tokyo (Breakfast & Lunch)

Visit Imperial Palace, the home of the Emperor of Japan. Then, proceed to Meiji Jingu Shrine, a shrine dedicated to Emperor Meiji and the Emperor Shozo Empress of Japan. This temple has the largest archway in front of Shrine Bridge in Japan. View the tallest standing tower in the world – Tokyo Skytree from afar. Later, visit Senso-ji to admire the ancient Buddhist temple, which is the oldest temple in Tokyo. Later, enjoy barbecue for lunch and visit Tokyo Tower (Photo-stop) in the afternoon. Then, go to Shibuya for its famous crossing and to explore all the little streets that surround the area filled with neon signs that have dining and entertainment areas. The area has a lot of small streets for pedestrians only that are lined with izakaya (Japanese bars), karaoke, purikura, restaurants and shopping. We will stay in Shibuya no less than 90 minutes. Afterward, return to the hotel around 8 pm or opt to stay in Shibuya area and you make your own way back to the hotel.

Today is free for relax in your hotel, or last minutes shopping.

We have an average group size of 20 and the max is 35. The tour bus each holds 45 seats.
2.Do we need visa to visit Japan?
Visa is not required for U.S. , Mexican, Canadian citizenships. Check with us for others.
3.Can 3 guests stay in the same room?
Triple room sharing is subject to hotel’s availability. For in case, if the triple room not available - single supplement may apply for the 3rd person. ​
4.How much do I pay to hold the space?
Deposit amount is $300 for each passenger.
5. What's the cost to upgrade to premium economy or business class?

6. How do I connect with my friend and family when I am in Japan?
Internet is conveniently to use in Japan and wifi can be easily found at hotel. The best way is to use communication app like Wechat, Line, or similar.
7. What if I want to stay two more nights in Tokyo?
Extra night stay is available and you can book your own hotel.

Passport Information
  • Passport copy is required for the booking.
  • We will book your flights, hotel rooms and tour schedule according to the passport information you submit.
  • It's required to renew your passport if it's expiring within 6 months of the return of your trip.
  • Please notify us once your passport renewed, or you may have to pay penalty from airline due to wrong TSA information.
  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required.

  • Reservation Changes
  • If you want customize your reservation, it is essential you let us know at the time of the booking.
  • Changes to an existing reservation up to the final payment date, whatever the cause will incur a $50 per person charge plus any additional supplier fees, on/after the final payment date, cancellation terms will apply. This includes name changes/removal of any services such as optional tours & transfers etc.
  • Prior to departure date, there is a minimum fee of $50 per guest for any itinerary change or tour deviation made to a reservation after it has been confirmed. No further itinerary change or tour deviation is permitted after tour documents and/or tickets have been re-issued.
  • If your reservation is changed by airlines or hotels, we will notify you as soon as possible.

  • Cancellation Policy
    If canceled 60 or more days before departure: $300 plus air ticket penalties(If tickets are issued);
    ​If canceled 30-60 days before departure: $600 plus air ticket penalties(If tickets are issued);
    If canceled within 30 days before departure: no refund will be issued. ​
