Welcome to Russian! Upon arrival, if you have purchased the airport transfer package, enjoy a transfer to your hotel and the remainder of the evening to rest and relax.
Overnight Hotel: Holiday Inn Suschevsky Moscow (or Similar)
Meeting with a guide in the hotel lobby at 10 a.m. Moscow Metro Tour with many beautiful examples of Soviet realist art, most of the stations are little museums featuring sculptures and mosaics which celebrate the glories of the Soviet period. Walking Tour of Moscow Center, including the Bolshoi Theatre, the former KGB building, and Alexander's Gardens, Varvarka street and Zaradje park. Red Square, the sights here include the elaborate bright-domed beauty of Saint Basil's Cathedral (outside) , monument to Minin and Pozharsky, the world-famous Gum department store, and Lenin's tomb (outside). The Kremlin of Moscow, an ancient city and citadel, the former residence of Russian tsars and Soviet rulers is still used today. We visit the three unique cathedrals built in the 15th and 16th centuries. At the end of the day your guide will help you to find your way back to the hotel or take you to atmospheric Arbat street, an ideal place to have dinner.

Meeting with a guide in the hotel lobby at 10 a.m. Driving tour around Moscow, it is an opportunity to see some of the most interesting places in Moscow. You'll drive around the historic center and modern Moscow and see the spectacular panoramic view from the highest hill of the city. During our driving tour of Moscow you’ll have several stops: Christ the Savior cathedral (Intriguing story of this church could be a metaphor for the whole history of Russia. Majestic by its exterior and its interior Christ the Saviour Cathedral is the biggest Eastern Orthodox Church in the world) Sofia’s embankment which gives an impressive view of Moscow Kremlin. Novodevichy convent, which is the best-known cloister of Moscow, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A unique ensemble of Moscow baroque architecture and an exile place of many ladies from the Russian royal families) Sparrow Hills (one of highest points in Moscow gives an excellent panoramic view of the city. Nearby is the famous Moscow State University. Victory Park, a memorial complex dedicated to the victory of Russians over Nazi Germany. It is a solemn architectural ensemble with monuments, obelisks and fountains. You’ll finish the tour at around 2 pm today, stay in the hotel or at any convenient locations in the city center.

Meeting with a guide and a driver at the train station. Guided tour ofThe Peter and Paul fortress, the place where the history of the city started. You’ll see the cathedral of St. Peter and St. Paul which became the burial place of the Russian emperors from Peter the Great to Nicholas II. The walls of Fortress as well as the promenade offer a beautiful panoramic view on the Neva River. During our driving tour we’ll make several stops to see the most iconic sights of the city: The Aurora cruiser(Outside) , a legendary battleship which became the symbol of the Russian Revolution. The ship is a museum now.Spit of Basil Island and Rostral ColumnsA photo stop to see the grand view of the Neva River and the Winter Palace. The Cathedral of Our Savoiron Spilled Blood, a memorial church built on the place of Tsar Alexander II assassination. The church became the top attractions of the city also thanks to its gorgeous mosaics. Saint Michael's Castle,one of the most mysterious places in the city.Art Square, a small but elegant square in the center of the city surrounded by the Grand Hall of the St. Petersburg Philharmonia, the Mikhailovsky Theater and the State Russian Museum. St Isaac’s square, famous for some of the greatest works of Russian architecture of the 19th and 20th centuries. You’ll see St. Isaac's Cathedral, the Mariinsky Palace, the Hotels Astoria and Angleterre as well as the monument to Nicholas I.Palace square, the main public space of St. Petersburg for about three centuries. Like Red Square in Moscow, Palace Square in St. Petersburg has been the setting of many major events in the Russian history. At around 2 pm, you’ll finish the tour in your hotel or in any convenient city locations.

Meeting with a guide and a driver at the train station at 10 am. Walking or taking a taxi tothe Hermitage museum The tour of the main museum complex of the Hermitage. We’ll explore the former Gala Rooms of the Winter palace and discover the most amazing canvases by European artists including Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael, Tizian, Rembrandt, Rubens and many others. A visit to the Impressionist collection of the Hermitage ( located inside General staff building): You’ll see masterpieces by Claude Monet, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Vincent van Gogh, Henri Matisse, Cézanne, Degas, Gaugin, Picasso and many other great artists of the late 19th - early 20th century.

Meeting with a guide and a driver at the train station at 10 am.The Catherine Palace is probably the most luxurious summer palace near St Petersburg. It is located in the town of Tsarskoye Selo 30 km south of St. Petersburg, Russia. During the tour you’ll walk through a magnificent gallery of gala rooms and discover the legendary Amber room. In summer time we'd recommend an optional tour extension to Petrhoff's gardens with fountains. At 1 pm, a walk around the beautiful gardens with royal pavilions.
