Itinerary

Day 1
Arrive in Chengdu

When you arrive at Chengdu, our guide will greet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel. The rest of day is free for your to have a good rest or explore the city.

Day 2
Chengdu (American Breakfast, Lunch)

On the morning, you’ll visit Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding to see the adorable giant pandas up close. Surely you’ll find it is a delightful experience to watch these cute pandas in their large open air enclosures. Drive back to Chengdu and visit Jinsha Site Museum dates back to 12th to 7th century BC (About 2900-3200 yrs ago). Jinsha Site was the capital of the ancient Shu Kingdom, the discovery of it is of great significance for the study of Shu culture, including its origin, development, and decline. Finally pay a visit to the Jinli Old Street, where you can taste the local snacks and appreciate the folk culture.

Day 3
Leshan Giant Buddha (Breakfast & Lunch）

In early morning, meet your guide at your hotel lobby and be transferred to the Leshan city, and you will have lunch in a local restaurant. After lunch, you will visit the biggest sitting Buddha sculpture in the Lingyun Temple. The grand Buddha was completed in 803 of Tang Dynasty after 90 year's construction and enjoys the fame of the biggest sitting stone sculpture in the world, about 71- meter in height. Your tour guide will take you to walk along the path built on the cliff face of the hill from the top of Buddha’s head to his toes, or you can choose taking a sightseeing boat from the pier to the water surface in front of Giant Buddha to watch the whole huge Buddha from the river.

Depart from Chengdu (Breakfast)

You will be free until your private guide transfers you to the airport to take the flight to your next destination.

1. What's the group size for this tour?
We have an average group size of 20 and the max is 35. The tour bus each holds 45 seats.
2. Can 3 guests stay in the same room?
Triple room sharing is subject to hotel’s availability. For in case, if the triple room not available - single supplement may apply for the 3rd person.
4. Do we need visa to visit China?
Visa is required for U.S. , Mexican, Canadian citizenships. Check with us for others.
5. How do I connect with my friend and family when I am in China?
Internet is conveniently to use in China and wifi can be easily found at hotel. The best way is to use communication app like Wechat, Line, or similar.
6. How long is the flight time?
From west coast it will be about 12 hours flying to China and 10 hours flying back on direct flights. ​Flights with layover/stops have longer hours.

Passport Information
  • Passport copy is required for the booking.
  • We will book your flights, hotel rooms and tour schedule according to the passport information you submit.
  • It's required to renew your passport if it's expiring within 6 months of the return of your trip.
  • Please notify us once your passport renewed, or you may have to pay penalty from airline due to wrong TSA information.

    • Reservation Changes
  • If you want customize your reservation, it is essential you let us know at the time of the booking.
  • Changes to an existing reservation up to the final payment date, whatever the cause will incur a $50 per person charge plus any additional supplier fees, on/after the final payment date, cancellation terms will apply. This includes name changes/removal of any services such as optional tours & transfers etc.
  • Prior to departure date, there is a minimum fee of $50 per guest for any itinerary change or tour deviation made to a reservation after it has been confirmed. No further itinerary change or tour deviation is permitted after tour documents and/or tickets have been re-issued.
  • If your reservation is changed by airlines or hotels, we will notify you as soon as possible.

    • Cancellation Policy
    If canceled 60 or more days before departure: $300 plus air ticket penalties(If tickets are issued);
    ​If canceled 30-60 days before departure: $600 plus air ticket penalties(If tickets are issued);
    If canceled within 30 days before departure: no refund will be issued. ​
