Day 3 Tokyo Sightseeing(Breakfast)
Your Tokyo sightseeing tour starts with a visit to Meiji Shrine, a magnificent 20th-century Shinto monument set in a man- made forest. Soak in the peaceful surroundings here and make a wish on a traditional ema before heading on to Asakusa for a glimpse of Old Tokyo. Last Browse the craft shops along Nakamise Street. Last enjoy the sweeping views of this vast city at the Observations deck at the famous Tokyo Tower, the landmark of Tokyo (entry included). Overnight: T Mark City Hotel

Day 5 Tokyo-Mt.Fuji-Nagano(Breakfast)
After breakfast, drive to Mt Fuji’s 5th Station. Located 2300m above sea level, Mt Fuji’s 5th Station offers a commanding view of the Fuji Five Lakes area below, making it a popular spot even for those who do not intend on climbing the mountain, and it features shrines, torii gates and souvenir shops. Afterwards continue onwards to Lake Kawaguchiko, nearby in Hakone National Park, to admire the scenery as you enjoy a short cruise across the lake. The waters are overlooked by surrounding mountains, including Mt Fuji and Mt Komagatake. Arrive in Nagano Region this afternoon, check into the hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure. Day 6 Nagano-Takayama-Shirakawago-Kanazawa(Breakfast)
Today is a fun day to visit the countryside of Japan and see how local people live. First visit Shirakawa-go - declared a UNESCO world heritage site in 1995, it’s famous for their traditional gassho-zukuri farmhouses, some of which are more than 250 years old. Last visit Takayama Old Town and walk along Sannomachi Street, which survives in a particularly pretty state with many old homes, shops, and restaurants. Overnight: Hotel Mystays Kanazawa or similar

Day 7: Kanazawa-Kyoto(Breakfast)
This morning visit Kenrokuen, justifiably classified as one of Japan's " most beautiful landscape gardens". Opened to the public in 1871, Kenrokuen features a variety of flowering trees which provide the garden with a different look for each season. Kanazawa is home to 99% of all gold leaf made in Japan and today you will enjoy a once-in-a-life-time experience attending a Gold Leaf Craft workshop and will see the gold leaf process and decorate your own items. Day 8 Kyoto(Breakfast)
Enjoy a comprehensive sightseeing tour of Kyoto today. First visit Kiyomizu-dera, one of the most celebrated temples of Japan. It was founded in 780 and was added to the list of UNESCO world heritage sites in 1994. Kiyomizudera is best known for its wooden stage that juts out from its main hall, 13 meters above the hillside. Then enjoy a walk at Ninenzaka, Kyoto’s best old street lined with historic Japanese-style buildings that typify Kyoto. Day 9 Kyoto-Himeji Castle-Okayama(Breakfast)
After breakfast visit Nijo Castle, one of the more complete examples of a castle complex in Japan. It earns its place as a world heritage property for these many cultural assets. Then drive to Himeji and visit the famous Himeji Castle. Also known as White Heron Castle (Shirasagijo) due to its elegant, white appearance, Himeji Castle is widely considered Japan's most spectacular castle for its imposing size and beauty and its well preserved, complex castle grounds. Day 10 Hiroshima Day Tour(Breakfast)
Head to Hiroshima and board a boat travelling to the majestic Miyajima Island, otherwise known as Itsukushima, or Divine Island. A landmass hailed as one of Japan’s most beautiful landscapes. Disembark and discover the natural and cultural treasures of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Island for 45-minutes with your guide. See the shimmering Itsukushima Shrine then revitalise with a delicious lunch in a local eatery (not included). Re-board the boat and cruise back to Hiroshima to reflect on the history of the region. Take a moment of contemplation at the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, a historical site near to where the atomic bomb exploded. See exhibitions that articulate the destruction the bomb caused and marvel at the city’s regenerative recovery. Finally, board a bus to the Atomic Bomb Dome (Genbaku Dome), a skeletal structure that miraculously survived the 1945 attack. Overnight: Kokusai Hotel (or similar)

Day 11 Okayama Free Day(Breakfast)
Enjoy a free day to rest or explore Okayama at your own leisure. Alternatively join an optional tour to visit Naoshima Art Island (20,000 JPY). Naoshima is an island in Japan's Seto Inland Sea, part of Kagawa Prefecture. The island is best known for its is known for its contemporary art museums, architecture and sculptures. Day 12 Okayama-Osaka(Breakfast)
Kagawa Prefecture is known for its excellent udon noodles. Visit Takamatsu Udon School which offers a workshop that lets you try making Sanuki udon noodles by hand. Then visit Ritsurin Garden, the largest Cultural Property Garden in all of Japan, and is an important cultural asset that has been maintained for nearly 400 years. The spacious park features many ponds, hills, historic trees and beautiful pavilions divided into a Japanese style garden in the south and western style garden in the north. The gardens are set in front of wooded Mt. Shiun which serves as a wonderful background and great example of borrowed scenery. Proceed to Osaka and check in to the hotel. Day 13 Osaka-Nara-Osaka(Breakfast)
Today ,visit Nara Park, home to hundreds of free-roaming deer - you can feed them deer senbei (crackers), which can be purchased at stalls throughout the park for 200 JPY a pack. This afternoon, we'll tour Kuromon Ichiba, one of the city's main food markets. This spacious covered market features vendors peddling street food, fresh produce, shellfish and trinkets and souvenirs. After a short break for lunch our tour continues to the Minami area in the city’s south – a district that's bursting with boutiques, designers outlets, restaurants and bars. We’ll also enjoy a walking tour of the Dōtonbori area. One of Osaka's most popular tourist destinations, this street runs parallel to the Dōtonbori canal and is a hugely popular destination for shopping, street food, bars and entertainment. At night the streets here are illuminated by hundreds of colourful neon lights and mechanised signs, including the famous running Glico Man sign and the Kani Doraku crab sign. Day 14 Osaka Free Day
Today is a full free day in Osaka to spend at your leisure. Be sure to ask your guide for recommendations on great places to see and eat. Or Join an optional tour to Ine, known as "Kyoto by the Sea". The village is built on the waters of Ine Bay, one of UNESCO’s World’s Most Beautiful Bays, and the 230 “funaya” (boat houses) that line the bay trace their origins back to the Edo period. Funaya, the boat houses, are unique buildings, standing along the Ine bay coast line. The first floor of Funaya is used as a boat garage and aworkspace for fisherman. The second floor is used as a living space. Amanohashidate is an iconic land bridge that straddles the Japanese Sea and Miyazu Bay. Chionji Temple is located at the southern entrance to the Amanohashidate sandbar and is dedicated to Monju, the bodhisattva of wisdom.

Day 15 Osaka-U.S.
Today marks the end of your incredible tour through Japan. Departure and check out: There are several ways to travel from your hotel to either Osaka International Airport (ITM) or Kansai International Airport (KIX), from shuttle buses to trains and taxis. Transport to the airports can cost between 250 Yen to 21,000 Yen depending on the form of transport you choose. Your Tour Leader will be able to assist you arrange the most convenient way to the airport on the last day of the trip. Travelers will be departing at various times throughout the day. Standard hotel check-out is from 10am-12pm. You are welcome to leave your luggage at hotel reception and spend your final moments of free time exploring the area or alternatively please speak with hotel staff if you would like to extend your check-out time. Please note this service is subject to availability and will likely come at an additional cost.

What's the group size for this tour?
We have an average group size of 15 and the max is usually 30. The tour bus each holds 45 seats.
Can 3 guests stay in the same room
Three people are allowed to stay in the same room, however, 3 beds or 1 king bed with 1 single bed are not available for most of Japan hotels. If you prefer more comfortable accommodations, you may select the single supplement for the 3rd person. The single supplement for this tour is $699.
How much do I pay to hold the space?
The deposit amount is 50% of the full amount for each passenger.
What's the cost to upgrade to premium economy or business class?
Please put your questions in the "Special Request" section during the booking process. We will send you the price difference at the time when we book the international flights. You may also purchase the land only package and book the flights on your own.
What if I want to stay two more nights in Osaka?
Extra night stay is available and you can book your own hotels. If you have booked the air inclusive package, an extra of $250 will be charged for changing the return date.
What's the extra cost for single travelers?
The single supplement is $699. By paying for this extra amount, a solo traveler will have his or her own room. Stunning Tours currently don't provide roommate-pairing services.
Are airport transfers included?
Our tour guide will be at the airport to help you arrange the shuttle bus to the hotel upon your arrive in Osaka. Because we often book the 1st night hotel near the airport, the shuttle bus is usually included by the hotel and is free. After the tour ends, the tour guide will also help you arrange the shuttle bus from hotel to the airport in Tokyo, the shuttle bus usually cost around $30 per person.
How do I book the optional tours?
You will decide which optional tours to choose and pay for them in Japan. You may pay with U.S. dollars, Japanese Yen or credit cards.
What hotels do you use for the hotel?
We use 3 star hotels for standard packages, and 4 star hotels for Deluxe packages. For the first night you arrival in Japan, we usually book an airport hotel with free shuttle.
Do I need a travel visa to visit Japan?
A travel visa isn't required for U.S., Mexico or Canada citizens.
What's the average age for the tour group?
Our tour packages are popular among all age groups. Most of our guests are between 20 and 70 years old.
What's the nationality of the guests?
The majority of our guests are from the U.S., while a few of them are from Australia and Canada.
Do you provide air inclusive packages for all U.S. cities?
We have group contract with Air China and China Eastern for major U.S. cities such as Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York City. For other gateways, please book your own flights and purchase the land-only package from us.
Do we have to tip the tour guides?
Since the mandatory gratuity of $150 per person is collected at the time of booking, you don't have to tip extra amount in Japan.
When do I pay for the remaining balance?
We collect the remaining balance no later than two months before the departure date, or when we issue the flight tickets for you, whichever comes first.
Can I pay by installments?
You may pay for the deposit(50%) at the time of booking, and the rest of it two months before departure(or when we book the flights).
Can I organize a private tour just for my friends and family members?
We can operate private tours for 10 or more guests. We can offer the same price as the website for groups larger than 30. For smaller group sizes, please contact us to get a quote.

  • Booking changes include date changes, travel destination changes, name changes (if flight tickets are not issued), removal of any services such as optional tours & transfers, etc.
  • Changes to an existing reservation prior to 30 days before departure, only the fare difference and air penalty (if applied) will be charged, as we waive any tour change fees and remaining payments will automatically be applied as a future travel credit.
  • Changes to an existing reservation within 30 days before departure, no further itinerary change or tour deviation is permitted since tour documents and tickets have been final confirmed.

  • Cancellation Policy
    *If you choose not to reschedule your travel plans with Stunning Tours, you could also cancel with policy as below:
  • If canceled 60 or more days before departure: $300/person plus air ticket penalties (If tickets are issued);
  • If canceled 30-60 days before departure: $600/person plus air ticket penalties (If tickets are issued);
  • If canceled within 30 days before departure: no refund will be issued.
  • Stunning Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour prior to departure date if the group has less than 10 passengers. An alternative departure date will be offered for no extra charge or a full refund will be issued.
  • Travel Protection
    Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss, Medical Expenses or more.

    Traveler’s Responsibility
    Lost items: All baggage and personal belongings are at all times at the traveler's own risk. The tour guides, airline carriers, hotel staff, and other suppliers who provide services on tour are independent contractors; as such, you will be held the responsibility for all the resulting costs, such as shipping fee, credit card surcharge fee and etc. Stunning Tours will not be liable for any damages or injuries claimed.
    Regulatory compliance: Travelers are responsible to observe the laws, regulations, orders, and/or requirements of countries visited. Stunning Tours assumes no responsibility for any traveler rejected to enter the countries visited. In such circumstances, there shall be no refund for the unused portion of the tour.
    Attendance/Tardiness: All travelers have to stay with the group at all times, except for leisure days, if for any reason, a traveler does not attend the scheduled daily activities during the tour, an additional supplement fee of $100 per day per person is required
    Travelers are required to have time-conscious to return on time after leisure time during the tour, and usually, a time limit of 15-20 minutes leeway may be extended. For the sake of other travelers of the group, the group has the authority not to wait for any travelers who don’t respect the rules at all times.
