You will decide which optional tours to choose and pay for them in Japan. You may pay with U.S. dollars, Japanese Yen or credit cards.
Do I need a travel visa for Japan?
Japan visa isn't required for Canadian, U.S. or Mexican citizens. During the Covid-19 pandemic, a visa requirement has been in place. However, Japan may waive the visa requirement in October of 2022. Please check with us you make the reservation.

When do I pay for the remaining balance?
We collect the remaining balance no later than two months before the departure date, or when we issue the flight tickets for you, whichever comes first.

What if the departure date I want isn't on the website?
If you have more than 6 clients and the departure date is more than 6 months away, we might be able to create a new departure date.
Can I organize a private tour just for me friends and family?
We can operate private tours for 10 or more guests. We can offer the same price as the website for groups larger than 30. For smaller group sizes, please contact us to get a quote.
Why are the prices different for similar departure dates?
Each departure date is selling at a lower price when they are first created. And the price will be increased as more people sign up. Typically the price is increased by $100-$200 for every 10 new guests we receive. So for departure dates with higher prices, they are most likely a guaranteed departure. If a departure is selling at the starting price, we might only have a few guest sighed up for that date.
Is every departure date a guaranteed departure?
We can only conduct a tour when the group size is at least 10, sometimes 15. We might also cancel a departure date for reasons such as unfriendly weathers, cancelled flights, operation issues..etc..
