Registration:
No travel agent, agency, or group leader will be entitled to earn commissions without registering. Please note that registration is free. Please request the registration form directly from a Stunning Tours travel consultant.
Payment:
In submitting credit card payment on behalf of the guest, the Agent acknowledges and represents that they have full authority to charge the client’s account and they hold the client’s “signature on file”. Deposits and Final Payments are the responsibility of the Agent on behalf of the booked clients.
Commission Rates:
Travel agents are entitled to commission on booking they have made through Stunning Tours. Commission rates are subject to change and vary depending on group size so please confirm with one our travel advisors.
Commission Payment:
Commissions are provided after the booking has been made and after the client has completed the trip. They can be provided via ACH transfers(subject to fees), Zelle(for payments under $1000), or physical check.
Commissionable Products:
Only land tour packages; excluding gratuity fees, are subject to commission earnings.
Reservation Changes:
If your client(s) can no longer attend the trip you may replace them for no fee or tour cost change if more than 30 days before departure. This only applies to the land portion, if flights have been issued then the proper airline restrictions and fees will be applied.
FAM Trips:
Familiarization trips offered to travel agents are not commissionable.
Cancellations:
No commission shall be payable if a customer cancels their travel arrangements.
Responsibilities and Liabilities:
Travel agents are expected to provide accurate information regarding travel arrangements, including flight details, accommodation, tour packages, and other services. If the information provided is incorrect or misleading, leading to financial loss or inconvenience to the client, the agent may be held liable. Mistakes in booking arrangements, such as incorrect dates, misspelled names, or incorrect accommodations, can make the agent liable for any resulting costs or disruptions.
